Summer Soccer Fest 2009


1.	An Institution can send any number of teams till entry closes entry fee – Rs.250/- per team
2.	Team consists of 7 players and 1 Coach
3.	The tournament will be held across 18th & 19th April on ‘Knockout’ basis at the Kamala Vihar Sports Club Ground, Near Kapol Nidhi International School, Mahavir Nagar, Off Poinsur Gymkhana Road, Kandivli West.
4.	Last date of submission of entry forms is 5th April 2009.
5.	Boys Under 13 & Under 15 (1996 & 1994 respectively)
6.	Draws will be held on 15th April, 2009.
7.	The duration of the match is of 10-5-10 till quarter final and 15-5-15 from Semi final onwards.
8.	Teams should report 8.30 am in the morning.
9.	Referees decision will be final and binding on all players.
10.	Entry form should be submitted at the Kamala Vihar Sports Club’s office from Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.
11.	All entry forms must be signed by the head of the school/club to authenticate the date of birth furnished.
12.	The organizers decision will be final. Protest if any should be lodged within 10mts of the expiry of the game with the protest fee of rupees 500/- (Five Hundred) which will be refunded if the protest if upheld.
13.	5 minutes shall be given from the schedule timing of the game .In the event of a team failing to carry out fixtures according to the programme, the game shall be awarded to the opponents. No postponement under any circumstance.
14.	Except as otherwise provided by the rules of the tournament committee the law of the MDFA will apply for the tournament.
15.	All participants should wear their uniform and it should be numbered.

	PRIZES: Teams who will qualify for the Quarter Finals will receive Jersey Set Winner will take Rs. 3000, Certificate and Trophy First Runner Up will take Trophy and Certificates Second Runner Up will take Trophy and Certificates
